Privacy Policy

The short version

PiXENDA® collects only what it takes to answer you, run the free audit and do the work. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers on this site, and you can ask us to delete what we hold at any time.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, email, phone if you include it, and your message.

If you run the free AI Visibility audit, we log the website address you scan, the resulting score and findings, technical details such as your IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention), and campaign tags that tell us which page sent you. If you request the full report, we also collect the email address you provide.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as every host does.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, deliver your audit report, and send follow-up email about your score if you requested it. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works.

Aggregate scan data, stripped of anything that identifies you, helps us improve the scoring engine over time.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do not place third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not add you to lists you did not ask for.

Where your information lives

This site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Audit logs are stored with our database provider, and report emails are delivered through our email service. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Bot protection

The free audit is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks in the background that each request comes from a real browser and not a bot. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser details. Nothing is shown to you and nothing is used for advertising. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiries as long as needed to serve you, and audit logs to track score history and improve the engine. Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete anything we hold about you, and we will handle it promptly.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
